Start with an unlocked, compatible phone and the complete route. A plan covering one stop need not cover the next country, and a regional label does not replace the full coverage list.
- When does validity start?
- Read the listed activation policy before installing: installation, first data use and network connection are different triggers.
- Will you share data with a laptop?
- Check reported hotspot support and include tethering in your allowance. Use the measured data planner with your own representative sample.
- Can you add data later?
- Check the plan’s top-up feature and the owned eSIM’s eligible options. Read the top-up checklist before relying on an extension.
- Is the listing available to buy?
- Use its current purchase control. “Purchasing unavailable” means that listing cannot currently be bought; other plans may have a different status.
For a delivered plan, open My eSIMs for installation and current status. An unconfirmed order should be checked through its existing order record before another purchase.
