Linked countries have a setup guide with a connection example. Counts change through the day; a country with nothing online is not available.
We never list the exit IPs of a pool.
How targeting works
The country is part of the username.
Pool and country
USERNAME-mbl-us exits through a mobile modem in the United States, USERNAME-peer-es through a residential device in Spain, USERNAME-any-fr through whichever pool answers in France.
When a country is empty
A country with no device online answers with a gateway error instead of silently sending you elsewhere. Carrier is a preference: when nothing matches, the gateway widens to the country.
Sourcing
Mobile traffic runs on carrier modems operated by our network partner; residential traffic runs on opt-in peer devices in the partner network. A sticky session keeps the same device. The carrier may still change the IP of that device.
