How do proxy traffic and dedicated mobile ports differ?

Mobile traffic runs on carrier modems operated by our network partner; residential traffic runs on opt-in peer devices in the partner network. Both traffic pools are shared and use one GB balance. Dedicated mobile device rental is a separate product, priced per device and term. Check current coverage and plan conditions before buying.

What happens to unused proxy traffic?

GB never expire. Unused whole GB are refundable within 14 days under the refund policy.

Which product should I choose?

Buy shared proxy GB for mobile and residential access. Rent a dedicated mobile port for one reserved device. Choose eSIM data for a compatible travel phone, or SMS access for your selected receiving service.

How do I pay and do I need an account?

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency. Sign in or create an account and accept the purchase terms and acceptable-use policy. Email confirmation is optional. Portproof does not require customer KYC or KYB for listed products; the payment provider may require its own checks.

What do I need to use a travel eSIM?

Use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. Check coverage, data, validity and activation before installing. Calls, SMS, hotspot and top-ups depend on the plan.

Does an eSIM data plan include a number for SMS verification?

A data plan does not automatically include a phone number or carrier SMS. Check the plan’s features. Web-managed SMS numbers are a separate product.

Will an SMS number work with every service?

No. Choose the listed service, country and access period. Use it only with permission and where the service allows it. Availability does not guarantee acceptance by another service.

Should I choose one-time SMS or a number rental?

One-time access uses the selected service’s activation window. Rental access lasts for the stated term. Monthly plans have their own conditions; they do not mean permanent ownership or automatic renewal.

Where do I find my eSIM or received messages?

After confirmed payment and delivery, open My eSIMs or My numbers in your account. If delivery is unconfirmed, check the existing order before buying again.
