The wallet minimum is separate from the trial price and the minimum traffic order. Coins and networks may have their own payment limits; check the options on your invoice.

Choose a coin and network
Choose cryptocurrency at checkout. On the payment page, select one of the coins and networks available for that invoice.
Check the payment details
Check the invoice’s amount, address, network and expiry before sending. Use the details on that invoice.
Check delivery
Return to Portproof and check the order status. Once fulfilled, open the dashboard to see your traffic balance and build a connection.
Coins and networks
Can I use Bitcoin or USDT?
The payment page shows the coins and networks available for your invoice. If you want to use Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT), check that your intended option appears there before sending funds. For a coin offered on more than one network, the network you send on must match the invoice.
Options can vary by invoice. A coin mentioned here is not a guarantee that every network or payment amount is supported.
Order status
When can I use the traffic?
Payment processing and order fulfilment are separate steps. The invoice tracks payment progress; your Portproof order shows whether the traffic has been delivered. Network confirmation and processing times vary, so check the status rather than relying on a fixed waiting time.
If the status is unclear after you have sent funds, keep the order reference and transaction reference. Check your orders before paying again.
Your balance
What happens to unused GB?
GB never expire. What you buy stays on your balance until you use it; a new purchase adds to the same balance.
Mobile and residential connections draw from the same GB balance; changing the pool does not require buying a second traffic package. Check current locations before planning a country-specific workload. Both pools are shared, and availability changes.
Mobile traffic runs on carrier modems operated by our network partner; residential traffic runs on opt-in peer devices in the partner network.
Purchase conditions
Invoices, checks and permitted use.
Every order gets an invoice. VAT not applicable: the seller is not registered for VAT. Prices are in EUR.
Proxy traffic up to 50 GB per rolling 30 days does not require company verification. Above that threshold, a business check is required. Paying in cryptocurrency does not change these requirements.
Use Portproof for lawful price monitoring, ad verification, market research, QA, geo-testing and data workflows. We refuse social multi-accounting, sneaker and ticket bots, betting arbitrage, sybil airdrop farming, bonus abuse, credential stuffing, and unlawful use. Read the acceptable-use policy before ordering.
Unused whole GB may be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the refund policy. Read the terms of service for the purchase conditions.
