Developer sign-in with an API key

Signs the dashboard in as the key's project instead of a customer. The key is checked against the API and kept in an httpOnly cookie; it is used only when no customer session exists. Account pages that need a session (profile, password, sessions) are read-only here. npm run seed prints a pk_test_… key (also in .data/demo-api-key.txt).

Scopes decide what you can do here; keys are stored hashed on the API.
